Astros Tee Ball Team

A friend, Britani came with her good camera and took pictures of the team on Monday night's game.  Boy did she get some goodies, Dad giving Ikey a drink of water, warming up with Grandpa before the game, sister helping coach first base, fence climbing in the dugout, and a dog pile of buddies in the outfield.  Treasures, this is such a cute time in childhood and I'm glad we have these photos :)

Spring Break '19!

Ikey's turn for Tee Ball!

It's his turn, and he was ready!  So excited to join such a cute team as they all had their first time playing tee ball as the Astro's.  I'm looking forward to many nights this spring at the ball field cheering on our cute number 9!

St. Paddy's Day

We had the most fun St. Patrick's Day that I can remember!  Randi and her kids came down, and Marci and her kids joined us, and we got all decked out and headed downtown for the parade and pizza.  We all had so much fun! 

The Boot gets the Boot- mostly!

On Valentine's Day afternoon, DF has a long awaited appointment to see if he could stop wearing his boot and the answer is YES!  His leg looks so much better and xray looks good so he is free to take it off at home and school.  Just to be extra safe, he is going to wear it playing sports, on the playground, and during PE for another month or so.  We are thrilled that the Lord answered our prayers and this boy is healing so well!  We were told 8-10 weeks and it's been 17 weeks so it's been a long hard season but we are through it and are praying for more healing and protection in the future! Happy to see this smile come so easily again :)
