These photos have nothing in common, but they are just a few favorites from the month. David has been gone 13 years and his friend from college sent me this picture of him. It's a favorite, because it's feels like a happy David coming in for a big hug. I still know his smell and miss him tremendously.

Frankie B is 37!
Franklin turned 37 on the 28th, and the kids and I made him a heart shaped chocolate cake and had our own party. You sure are loved, Franklin! We all adore you and thank you for what you do for us and our family!
100 years old on 100 days of Kindergarten
Nora was to dress 100 years old for her 100th day of school She loved it, wore her Mommie Boo's scarf and purse, and Grands Ellen's cane. I put wrinkles on her face with eye liner and she made me wash them off- ha! Aging is hard on us all! She's having a great year in Kindergarten and is learning and blossoming so much! We are thankful!
Great outdoors
Lately we've been enjoying as much time spent outside as possible, and with such a mild winter, it's been easy to do! We've been to the farm every weekend this month, the guys went duck hunting, been on a hike at Lake Catherine, parks, playgrounds with friends, etc.

Whoop Whoop It's potty time!
This is happening and it's huge people..... I've been changing diapers for 8 years. Wrap your head around that. And we've been using the same diaper genie for all three kiddos. It's about had it, and I have too.
His face says it all; kind of excited and kind of apprehensive. He prefers to stand and is great with #1! He can TT all day long and keep those pants dry, but the #2 and sitting on the potty situation is still not his favorite (ok he detests it and runs for it). I break all the rules for this and am a bribing momma when it comes to potty training- this boy will do just about anything for candy so he is going to twidle for skittles- Ha! ;) I made a rhyme the other day to David Franklin and he said it was "not my best work". Hahaha

Hoopin' it up!
It is time for cute bball watching on Saturday mornings, this is such a great group of kiddos! DF is coming out of his shell but still needs to work on being aggressive and keeping his eye on the ball. He loves it and continues to improve though, so we are all happy about that! Nora made a sign and was the best cheerleader there! Love som Y ball!
Toothless wonder!
Today DF pulled his own tooth at school so he's missing his front 3 teeth!!! (no sign of permant teeth coming in any time soon either!) I love that snaggle toothed smile! He also got a new haircut and is feeling very Fresh! He said, "mom, my hair is my most prized possession. This is the best haircut I've ever gotten....... I look GOOOOOOOD." I'm glad the boy takes after his daddy in the confidence area! ;)
