Jack came down from Fayetteville to stay with us for a few days last week and he and DF are tight. They played and played and we got Jack up on the wake board and spent some time one the tube going FASTER! We also went to putt putt, Dave and Busters, HSCC, and of course, the snow cone stand. DF misses him big time.

Living the good life
We all know Ikey's favorite sport is eating, and he's had a big time this summer of treats :) He also went to swimming lessons with Mrs. Amanda and started working on his dive. We also tried to get him up on skis for the first time, but that was a little premature. He's so much fun to be with!
4th of July
We celebrated 4th of July a week long with friends from out of town coming down both weekends! It was friends, lake, pool, fireworks, pool floats, popsicles and fun!! We had a blast even though poor Franklin still had to get up and go to work in between it all! We got to see the O'Connors, the Eldridges, the Feilkes and Steadmans, the Holwsclaws and then lots of local friends came over for a cookout at our house. We are blest with good friends that make life so much sweeter!
Firsts for Nora
Nora went to her first Basketball camp this summer too. She loved it and scored two goals in her game! She is a scrapper and we were all proud of her. DF was not happy that the boys were't passing to her more :) Proud of all these new things the kids are trying!
DF's first time playing in the PGA Jr. League
DF has taken golf up by storm this summer. He went from playing in one tournament a summer- to around 7 and is on the PGA Jr. League team. It's been great experience for him and it's been fun for us all to get to watch him improve and enjoy something like this. Golf will be something he can enjoy with his whole family, in fact, cousin Robbie is on the Little Rock team so they've gotten to see each other a lot over the summer at these tournaments. He played in one at the Glenwood Country Club and it was so special for me to be out there because my Pap-paw spent so much time there and loved the game of golf. Uncle Bob came to watch and it was icing on the cake.
Morphews come to visit
These cousins love cousin time!!! They would be together every minute if they could and they pretty much were for a week! Mammers had fun crafts and activities planned like the paint guns on the white tshirts. They swam in the lake and in the caddo river, spent some time at HSCC and downtown at the fire station and ice cream store. We love this time they get to be together.
Father's Day
Happy Father's Day to an unbelievable father. He plays, he teaches, he tucks in and cares and prays for these children. We are so thankful for him in our lives and the father he is!!!
