We love Boo

Mommie Boo went home last week. She went home to be with The Lord, and although we will miss her very much, we are thankful for her long and healthy life and legacy of family, friends, fun and travel, and more she leaves us. I am happy I got to know her so well through the years, and spend some good time with her and the kids since her move to Hot Springs. It will be a big void because we saw her every few weeks these past years.

While she went to her heavenly home, all of her family went to her Earthly home, her beloved Corpus Christi. She was a Texan through and through and I'm sure it would have made her very happy to have us all there together. If only she were with us.
Nora got to go to Sparkman Ranch for the first time. Franklin loved getting to take her there. Mommie Boo's parents bought the land, Nora's namesake.
She found some deer sheds.
I flew down later with these two! They were sweet boys.
They loved looking for sea shells. We got to enjoy some time at the beach after Boo's service. It was very well attended by her numerous friends, and was a very nice tribute.
This little guy got pushed around in a pink princess stroller and took a nap under his sister's Minnie Mouse cover up. He didn't seem to mind :) he took a great nap at the beach.
We sent Mommie boo a message in the sand.
These cousins wanted matching astronaut suits from the Houston airport. They say they will be their Halloween costumes! NASA would be lucky to have them on staff. Maybe one day.

We had a good time being together and remembering a special lady. One we all love and miss.
