That hung in my nursery!

Arkadelphia Girls Night Out

(I had a slideshow from RockYou up, but it bumped all of my widgets to the bottom of the page so I took it down. If anyone knows how to upload slideshows without causing that, let me know and I will put it back up. Also, I accidentally changed my background. I am having trouble today! So we temporarily have a new look, but I will work on that.)

This weekend was a baby weekend for me!! Franklin went to Augusta (Arkansas) to play in a golf tournament with Conner so he missed out on all of the fun. No boys were allowed anyway :) Franklin and Conner played really well and he said he had a great time.

Friday night was a girls night with the Arkadelphia girls that I am in a Bible Study with. We went to Pompeii and it was SO much fun!! We were there for hours and they had cupcakes, and decorations and got me a wonderful surprise gift- the pack and play! It was really a great night!!

Sunday afternoon was the Hot Springs shower. It was such a nice party. I got some wonderful things- this baby is going to be set!! Diane Blagg debuted her art that has been top secret. She has been taking lessons, and just started this year. It is really cute!!! She went along with the theme of "What Boys are made of"- I didn't' know this but it's "Snips of snails and puppy dog tails." She has Bella represented and snails and a turtle for Franklin the turtle. It's really special. Also, my mom found a piece that she cross-stitched for me before I was born and it hung in my nursery. Mitzi also gave us Franklin's baby blanket that his Aunt Robbie made for him! I love how meaningful everything is. What a great weekend celebrating the arrival of this baby boy!!

Weird! I wonder why it did that?!? I have not played around with slideshows yet.. but I know that "Pyzam" (where you got your background) messed my blog up! It put all the stuff at the bottom like your slideshow did... there are cute backgrounds at "thecutestblogontheblock.com" that don't take your widgets (links, music, profile, etc) away. Or I would just take the slideshow off and upload all the pics, might take a bit but atleast you'll have your blog back in order. It can't be messing up now!! We are getting too close to the arrival!! Hope this helps! You look great and I LOVE the painting, I'm super impressed with Dummy!!!

I had that same needle point hanging in my nursery as a child. Crazy! My mother loved doing stuff like that. It is probably stored away in her attic...she has been dragging all kinds of stuff out. Some of it neat, some not so neat. Your blog looks REALLY good...I need to figure all this stuff out. Sure hope you are feeling good!

Hey Girl! I love your blog and you look beautiful as always! I love your Bella- she reminds me of my Piper, she is a beagle and I feel like they would for sure be best friends! I love the picture of her with her head on the pillow! Hope you are feeling great and hope to see you soon!

Casey:)

I hate that the slide show didn't work for you, but I secretly like the pictures just posted by themselves better anyway. The slideshow pictures are too little, and go too fast! You look so cute! Also, that picture of Bella in your bed cracks me up! It is sort of sad how the dogs get put on the backburner! Lucy still gets PLENTY of attention, but definitely not as much as she used to! Oh well, she'll learn to appreciate Cole one day when he can throw a ball for her! Ha, ha!
