The Big Top Kindergarten Circus 2015

This stud had his Kindegarten Circus on Friday night. It's the kindergarten graduation program at Lakeside. It was so much fun, and David Franklin had the time of his life as a weightlifter! He makes us proud everyday. He had quite a cheering squad there for him. 

He insisted on this singlet costume I ordered online. He rocked it and was the cutest one out there! 

Nora and Ikey were very proud too! 

He loved having muscles. 

We love Ms. Roberson! It's been such an amazing year with her. 

Bentley Gigerich and Ashton Herndon were also weightlifters!

Afterwards we had a few families over to our house for desserts and treats under our own big top! It was a night of making memories to last a lifetime!

The Theatre

Nora had her first dinner theatre experience last night. Mammers and I took her to see the Cinderella ballet. Our friend Mrs. Ann played the wicked step mother and our other friend, Adalie Hall was a dancer. Nora loved it, but it was 2 hours long and tested her patience. (Ours too!)

Adalie's sister and one of Nora's favorite friends, Aubrey Kate, was there and these two girls met up at every intermission, before and after to giggle and play and enjoy a chocolate chip cookie or two.

And Adalie too! They were big fans of hers in the audience. 

Lastly, Nora got to meet Cinderella. She was from Maryland and a phenomenal dancer. When she was up on point, Nora would stand on her tippy toes as well. Nora also wore sparkly gold ballet flats and when Cinderella held up her slipper, Nora took her shoe off and held hers in the air as well. :)

Baseball

It's baseball time again and DF has improved big time. He really enjoys batting and wants a Homerun very badly. We will keep up the practice!

Library

Isaac has his own Field trip with me to the library. He had a big time and we will go back again soon! No reading though, he was too busy for book that day.  I don't have many days with just him, usually he gets carted around for the other's activities or to run my errands.  I was thrilled to give my final this week and the rest of the month, while the others are still in school, I get lots of 1 on 1 time with my baby!

So much fun things to play with at the Library, like climbing on this foam snake.

Jump City with Nora's class

Nora's class had a Field trip to Jump City on Thursday and not was she excited it was her turn!! She loves her class and playing with her friends.  When it isn't a school day, she has started asking me to take her saying, "my friends are going to miss me!"   What she doesn't know is how I miss her too, and can see her growing bigger and bigger right before my eyes.

She ran the entire time and had so much fun 

Career day

David Franklin decided he wanted to dress up as a Biologist for career day. Not, a marine biologist, not a zoologist, not a vet. He said he wants to study and learn about all living things... Biologist. Man, he's the coolest!!

Daddy was also invited to speak to his class on career day. Franklin loved the opportunity. He took coloring books, gift cards and did a great job. David Franklin was super proud to get to introduce his dad. 

Kindergarten Track and Field day

We had fun with this sweet boy on his first Track and Field Day. He had a great time, got a rainbow of ribbons and exclaimed, we get to have P.E. All day!

Nora had as much fun as he did and even got a ribbon herself which she was delighted with!

I was in memory lane big time at the beginning. I remember my track and field day as a Lakeside student and especially Cassie beating me in every event...every year! Ha!
